Returns & Exchanges


If your purchase was made online, you may return items to our Online Returns address following the standard Online Returns process. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@dragodirect.co.uk.

We aim to ensure your satisfaction. In addition to your statutory rights, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The items are returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • The item has not been used, is in its original condition, and includes all packaging, tags, and labels.

If the conditions of our refund & exchange policy are met, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.


Variation To Refund & Exchange Policy For Items Purchased With Cash on Delivery:

  • Refunds can be processed by posting the item to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address.
  • Items can be exchanged in-store for another product or a voucher code. If the exchanged item’s value is less than the original purchase, a voucher code will be issued for the difference.

All refunds and exchanges are subject to our refund and exchange policy conditions being met.

  • Ensure your order number, name, address, email, phone number, and instructions are included, along with any additional comments.
  • All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by DragoDirect.

If the conditions of our refund & exchange policy are met, you may exchange an item for a different product from DragoDirect. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

You can exchange an item purchased online by following these steps:


  • Include your order number, name, address, email, phone number, and a list of alternative items in case your first choice is out of stock.
  • Standard delivery charges apply for re-delivery unless the exchange is due to statutory rights, such as goods being faulty or not as ordered.
  • All exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by DragoDirect.
